Kate’s Plate is a collection of healthy recipes. It began because of my total admiration of my friend Kate! We both studied naturopathy together at Southern School of Natural Therapies and have been great friends since. She is so very organised, and each week Kate plans the meals ahead and will write out the recipes and stick them on the fridge. Most importantly, Kate is a fantastic cook!

The philosophy behind all of these recipes is they are made from seasonal fresh ingredients wherever possible which is essential for improving digestion.
